TimeTable is dedicated to bringing percussion music to as broad an audience as possible through performances, workshops, and educational activities. Interested in music exhibiting the wide range of influences which inform today's composers, the group performs in both traditional and non-conventional venues and incorporates multi-disciplinary performance. Since its inception in 1999, TimeTable has worked closely with young and emerging composers to realize their visions for the possibilities of percussion music and to present this music in concert. Equally dedicated to the belief that music must have an active role in public life, the group works with students of all ages and backgrounds to incorporate music into their education. TimeTable maintains an active performance schedule including New York City based self-produced concerts and guest appearances on other programs and festivals. TimeTable is a not-for-profit corporation established in 1999 and has been a featured ensemble at the Juilliard Summer Percussion Seminar, the New School Day of Percussion, the Percussive Arts Society's New York and New Jersey Chapters Day of Percussion, and in residence at the Pine Mountain Music Festival.
